II. Definitions
Terms used in the Terms and Conditions mean:
1. Customer - a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by special provisions, who places an Order in the Store;
2. Civil Code - Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);
3. Terms and Conditions - these Terms and Conditions for providing services electronically within the online store [Feederland.pl];
4. Online Store - website available at [https://feederland.pl], through which the Customer can particularly place Orders;
5. Product - products presented in the Online Store;
6. Sales Agreement - agreement for the sale of Products within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between [the entity running the online store] and the Customer, concluded using the Store's website;
7. Consumer Rights Act - Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827);
8. Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means - Act of July 18, 2002, on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);
9. Order - Customer's declaration of will aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Products.
III. General Provisions
2.1. These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for using the online store available at: www.feederland.pl
2.2. These Terms and Conditions constitute regulations as referred to in Article 8 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
2.3. The online store operating at www.feederland.pl is run by Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o
2.4. These Terms and Conditions specify in particular [depending on available options]:
a) rules for registration and use of an account within the online store;
b) conditions and rules for electronic reservation of products available within the online store;
c) conditions and rules for placing Orders electronically within the online store;
d) rules for concluding Sales Agreements using services provided within the Online Store.
2.5. Using the online store is possible provided that the Customer's IT system meets the following minimum technical requirements:
a) Internet Explorer version 11 or newer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox.
b) internet connection enabling free use of store resources
2.6. To use the online store, the Customer should obtain access to a computer workstation or end device with Internet access on their own.
2.7. In accordance with applicable law, Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o reserves the right to limit services provided through the Online Store to persons who are 18 years of age or older. In such case, potential Customers will be notified accordingly.
2.8. Customers can access these Terms and Conditions at any time via the link placed on the main page of the website and download and print them.
2.9. Information about Products provided on the Store's websites, particularly their descriptions, technical and functional parameters, and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
IV. Rules for Using the Online Store
3.1. Registration within the Store is required to start using the Online Store.
3.2. Registration is done by filling out and accepting the registration form available on one of the Store's pages.
3.3. Registration requires acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and providing personal data marked as mandatory.
3.4. Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Online Store, and may also limit their access to part or all of the Online Store's resources, with immediate effect, in case of violation of the Terms and Conditions by the Customer, particularly when the Customer:
a) provided false, inaccurate, or outdated data during registration in the online store, misleading or violating third party rights,
b) violated personal rights of third parties through the online store, particularly personal rights of other online store customers,
c) engages in other behaviors that are deemed by Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o as inconsistent with applicable laws or general principles of Internet use or damaging to reputation.
3.5. A person who has been deprived of the right to use the online store cannot re-register without prior consent from the Store Administration.
3.6. To ensure the security of message and data transmission in connection with services provided within the Website, the Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of security threat of the services provided, particularly measures preventing unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted over the Internet.
3.7. The Customer is particularly obligated to:
a) not provide and transmit content prohibited by law, e.g., content promoting violence, defamatory or violating personal rights and other rights of third parties,
b) use the Online Store in a way that does not interfere with its functioning, particularly through the use of specific software or devices,
c) not take actions such as: sending or placing unsolicited commercial information (spam) within the Online Store,
d) use the Online Store in a way that is not burdensome for other customers and for Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o
e) use any content placed within the Online Store only for personal use,
f) use the Online Store in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of Poland, provisions of the Terms and Conditions, and general principles of Internet use.
V. Procedure for Concluding Sales Agreements
4.1. To conclude a Sales Agreement through the Online Store, visit the website https://feederland.pl, select products and their features such as color, size, or pattern, taking subsequent technical steps based on messages displayed to the Customer and information available on the website.
4.2. Selection of ordered Products by the Customer is made by adding them to the cart.
4.3. During Order placement – until pressing the "Order" button – the Customer can modify entered data and Product selection. For this purpose, follow the messages displayed to the Customer and information available on the website.
4.4. After the Customer using the Online Store provides all necessary data, an Order summary will be displayed. The Order summary will contain information regarding:
a) subject of the order,
b) unit and total price of ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),
c) selected delivery method,
d) selected payment method,
e) delivery time,
f) other.
4.5. To send the Order, it is necessary to accept the Terms and Conditions, provide personal data marked as mandatory, and click the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
4.6. Sending the Order by the Customer constitutes a declaration of will to conclude a Sales Agreement with Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
4.7. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an email titled [...], containing final confirmation of all essential Order elements.
4.8. The Agreement is considered concluded upon the Customer's receipt of the email mentioned above.
4.9. The Sales Agreement is concluded in Polish, with content consistent with the Terms and Conditions.
VI. Delivery
5.1. Product delivery is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and is made to the address indicated by the Customer during Order placement.
5.2. Product delivery is carried out via Polish Post, Inpost parcel lockers, DPD courier, or GLS.
Delivery cost:
Inpost (Parcel Lockers): 9.99 PLN gross (prepayment)
Polish Post (Courier 48): 9.99 PLN gross (prepayment) and 12.99 PLN gross (cash on delivery).
DPD Courier: 12.99 PLN gross (prepayment), 12.99 PLN gross (cash on delivery).
GLS Courier: 14.99 PLN gross (prepayment), 17.99 PLN gross (cash on delivery).
Additionally, delivery cost will be indicated during Order placement.
5.3. Delivery time is 1 to 14 business days from the Order date.
5.4. Customers can access these Terms and Conditions at any time via the link placed on the main page of the website https://feedersklep.pl and download and print them. Recording, securing, making available, and confirming to the Customer essential provisions of the Product Sales Agreement takes place by sending to the Customer's email address and by including with the shipment containing the Product a printout of confirmation, Order specification, and VAT invoice.
VII. Prices and Payment Methods
6.1. Product prices are given in Polish zlotys and include all components, including VAT (with rate specification), customs duties, and all other components.
6.2. The Customer can pay using:

c) payment in the system presented during order placement
VIII. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the Customer receives the shipment. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by way of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal In the event of withdrawal from this agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
IX. Product Complaints
8.1. Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o as the seller is liable to the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code, under warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code, particularly in Article 556 and Articles 556 – 556 of the Civil Code.
8.2. Complaints resulting from violation of Customer rights guaranteed by law or based on these Terms and Conditions should be directed to sklep@feederland.pl. Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o commits to reviewing each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the Customer within this period when the complaint will be reviewed.
8.3. Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o is not a product manufacturer. The manufacturer is liable under warranty for the sold Product under conditions and for the period indicated in the warranty card. If the warranty document provides for such possibility, the Customer may submit their claims under warranty directly to the authorized service center, whose address is provided in the warranty card.
X. Complaints Regarding Electronic Services
9.1. Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o takes actions to ensure fully correct operation of the Store, to the extent resulting from current technical knowledge, and commits to removing within reasonable time any irregularities reported by Customers.
9.2. The Customer is obligated to immediately notify Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o about any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Online Store website.
9.3. The Customer can report irregularities related to Store operation in writing to: Radzymińska 338, 05-091 Warsaw, or by email to sklep@feederland.pl
9.4. In the complaint, the Customer should provide their full name, correspondence address, type and date of occurrence of the irregularity related to Store operation.
9.5. Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o commits to reviewing each complaint within 14 business days, and if this is not possible, to inform the Customer within this period when the complaint will be reviewed.
XI. Change, Correction, Deletion, Processing of Personal Data
1. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Mat-Bud Invest SP. z.o.o provides Customers with free access to personal data, its modification, right to be forgotten, correction, and deletion.
2. Access, modification, correction of personal data can be done at any time through the Customer Account after prior registration and login or by contacting Customer Service.
3. On the Customer Account after prior registration and login, it is possible to withdraw any given consent (e.g., marketing, newsletter) for data processing, not including cookies).
